A broad term used to describe a discipline of surveying where precise measurements are obtained within the built environment for the placement and measuring of specified features and/or objects.

Construction surveys

The surveying technique whereby measurements are taken and used to set out various design aspects, such as earthworks, piling, basement foundations, grid lines, and any other structural elements.

High rise construction and monitoring

A leg of construction surveys relating to all the activities around maintaining a true or as close as possible to a perfect vertical structure, taking into account atmospheric conditions, construction activity movements and shutter deviations, incorporating various measuring methods and instruments.

As-built surveys

This is the process of measuring and drafting plans of existing structures for the purpose of submission to municipalities for occupation certificates, to measure deviations from current designs, for structures where renovations, alterations and/or additions are made, as well as the general placement of structures in relation to any other specified structure.

Industrial surveys

These involve all aspects of construction surveys within a more challenging environment and measurements taken need to be as accurate. At the same time, we are required to comply with various industry regulations and implement health and safety measures on each individual site.
