Topographic surveys require taking measurements before and/or during the planning phase of any development project. This type of survey is crucial in determining the exact geographic characteristics of the land as well as existing municipal connections and as-built features enabling one to use the land to its fullest potential.
Contour surveys
This is incorporated in all topographic surveys based on specified contour intervals whereby we plot the characteristics of the land creating triangulated digital terrain models that can be analysed in any planning and design phase.
Detailed feature surveys
A type of survey that entails specific focus and details on specified features as required by clients.
Road, Pipeline and Electrical line surveys
This type of surveying involves accurate measurements of related passageways per specification.
Volumetric surveys
Measurements taken with an end goal of determining features volumetric size, usually implemented in the calculation of stockpile, borrow pits, quarry, dump and mine void volumes, and related reports.
Flood line surveys
Requires measurements to be taken alongside rivers, seasonal or perennial, to determine the flood area of such river over a ten, fifty or one-hundred-year increment, indicating the highest position such river will reach in the event of a flood occurring.
